High data transfers and extensive compatibility
The ROG Strix SQ7 delivers up to 7000 MB/s sequential read speeds and up to 6000 MB/s sequential write speeds. That’s twice as fast as standard PCIe 3.0 SSDs and up to 13 times faster than SATA SSDs (Actual transfer speeds may vary based on device and test configuration). With a 12nm E18 controller, DRAM buffering, large SLC cache, and low-density parity check (LDPC), the Strix SQ7 is designed for fast, stable performance and longer life. The Strix SQ7 has a compact M.2 2280 form factor that fits perfectly on laptops, desktop PCs and the PlayStation™ 5 console. It provides super-fast load times, making it ideal for gaming enthusiasts looking to boost memory performance.
FULL PROTECTION and EASY RUNNING MANAGEMENT
The Strix SQ7 supports multiple hardware encryption standards, including the TCG Opal specification, IEEE 1667 protocol, and AES 256-bit disk and data encryption. These hardware-based solutions ensure fast, efficient and superior security without compromising CPU performance. It includes NTI Backup Now EZ software to protect digital data from malicious virus attacks and hardware failures. There’s even a data recovery feature to recover accidentally deleted files. The user-friendly ROG SSD Dashboard displays important information such as drive temperature, storage usage, device status, and more.
