Ratingen, Germany, August 01, 2023 — ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) today announced the availability of Raikiri Pro PC Controller. The Raikiri Pro is the first Xbox-certified PC controller to feature a built-in OLED display and tri-mode connectivity, providing gamers with maxed-out gaming experiences by putting all the commands and customization options they need right in their hands. Its built-in OLED display can be used to show custom animations and status indicators, or to switch controller profiles―even while gaming. Plus, tri-mode connectivity offers versatile Bluetooth®, 2.4 GHz RF, or wired USB connections—making the Raikiri Pro perfect for playing on a PC or laptop. Plus, it’s compatible with the latest Xbox console via wired USB-C. Its intuitive rear controls include four left and right buttons that can be programmed for in-game commands or to make on-the-fly joystick sensitivity shifts. The Raikiri Pro also includes physical two-way trigger locks that can be set to short- or full-range modes to suit different games, with dead zones customizable in the Armoury Crate software.
Gamers can show off their personal style with the Raikiri Pro by programming custom images, animations, or text on the built-in OLED display. They can also use it to view current controller profile, charging and power levels, or to check whether the mic is muted. Two buttons above the OLED display can be used to switch between different controller profiles, even in the middle of a game.
Tri-mode connectivity
The ROG Raikiri Pro is the first Xbox-licensed PC controller with tri-mode connectivity. It features Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz RF, along with a wired USB-C connection to ensure compatibility with laptops and PCs. Plus, the wired USB-C connection enables play on the latest Xbox console. Adaptive frequency hopping technology (AFH) minimizes interference with other devices for a low-latency Bluetooth connection for competitive gaming.
Short- and full-range triggers
The left and right triggers offer a full range of motion and include a short trigger lock mode. Trigger dead zones can be customized via Armoury Crate to suit individual preferences or tailor controls to a suit FPS, racing, and other games.
Intuitive rear controls
The ergonomic shape of the Raikiri Pro provides a perfect grip for all hand sizes, with the rear buttons comfortably within reach. The four left and right rear buttons feature microdots and intersecting grooves to create a textured, nonslip finish, and each button provides satisfyingly tactile feedback with every press. Program the buttons as hotkeys for complex in-game commands, or use them to tweak joystick sensitivity on the fly for greater levels of control.
Extreme customization options
Armoury Crate software can be used to customize controls to suit individual play styles or any game[1]. A myriad of customization options are possible, allowing gamers to remap buttons, adjust OLED display settings, select controller profiles, and set up low-battery alerts for wireless mode. Controller vibration strength and joystick response curves can also be tweaked in Armoury Crate.

ROG design spirit
A translucent design and a floating ROG logo give the Raikiri Pro a look that reflects the sci-fi-inspired cyberpunk ROG spirit. The ergonomic hand grips are thinner and have a flatter arc to cater to varying hand sizes and play styles for comfortable all-day gaming. The ROG Raikiri Pro recently won a 2022 iF Design Award and a Reddot Design Award. In addition, the base ROG Raikiri model, featuring wired USB-C and two rear buttons, is also available.
